Privacy
This page describes what this website does with information. It does not describe what happens inside a client engagement, which is governed by the signed agreements between your organization and mine.
The short version
This website sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers, and keeps no database of anything you type. The contact form sends me an email.
The contact form
When you submit the contact form, the details you entered are sent to a small program running on this site's host, which relays them to my email address.
Two services are involved. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, so the submission passes through their secure network on its way to me. The email itself is delivered by a transactional email provider, which may keep a copy for up to thirty days.
Your message then lives in my email, where it is kept as long as it is useful and is not shared with anyone. Ask me to delete it and I will.
Please do not send patient information
The contact form is not a secure channel for protected health information and is not covered by a business associate agreement. Please do not put patient names or any detail identifying a person receiving care into it. If you need to share something sensitive, say so and I will set up an appropriate channel first.
Spam protection
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a script. It does not track you across websites and does not require a cookie.
Fonts and third-party requests
Typefaces are served from this site rather than from a font provider, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you visited.
Your choices
You can read every page of this site without submitting anything. If you have sent me something and want it removed, email hector@baselinehealthtech.com and say so.
